5. Shower was not working and no hot water provided

When reached the property staff at reception was sleeping on sofa near reception desk.And when I asked him for room which I had booked he said there isno booking and when I showed him my mobile where booking was done he said take some another hotel room. Not fair completely disappointed....

Pros:

There is nothing to like in this property. Everything was way dirty

Stay away from this hotel
Pros:

Very bad service by the receptionist
Rude and arrogant
Wanted to see the before check in, which was refused and was given a very dirty and stinking room
Had to leave the room because of the stinking smell and cleanliness
No refund was given
