Amazing location, wonderful hospitality
Pros:

The location is awesome. The hospitality is amazing. Food was good too. Bonfire during the night in minus temperature was wonderful. We happened to meet the owner at the property and it was a wonderful interaction. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at Sonamarg.

Mesmerising views and personalised hospitality
Pros:

Wonderful stay amidst snow clad mountains. Cosy rooms with temperature control in -10 degrees as well. A well functioning restaurant to help with food choices. The owner Mr. Shehzaad was kind to introduce us to the hotel history and took personal interest. To top it off the view from each window is either a sunset or sunrise view which will make your trip a memorable one

Perfect stay in Sonamarg. Highlight of our trip.
Pros:

Beautiful property with amazing views of the mountains. We had booked 4 rooms and they upgraded 2 rooms. Bathroom was clean and spacious. They have restaurant. Food is a bit overpriced but very delicious. So, no complaints.
Staff were polite and courteous. Especially Umar at the restaurant was superb! He made our stay comfortable and memorable. People like Umar are gems in hospitality services! Shafiq and Rizwan were also amazing!

Great Hotel & Good service familiar staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good and there is a lot of snow outside the hotel and the hotel look wise is very good.

We checked in on 21 Nov 2024, hotel staff Aijaz Ahmad gave us a lot of discounts and provided a suite room with central heating without any extra charges, the room was very luxurious.

Great food & familiar staff

We were going to the market, then hotel staff Aijaz Bhai gave us the key of his newly purchased car without asking and said sir you take our car, very thankful to Aijaz bhai, he is a very helpful person.

Great location, very very hospitable staff. Food is amazing, Rogan Josh and Mutton Korma are a must try.
Pros:

The location of the property is overlooking the valley. You can see this with clear, transparent windows from your room, enjoying sunrise and sunset depending on the room you take.

The staff was amazing. They were super helpful and were very hospitable. They catered to every need, and were always courteous.

The food at the restaurant, for a meat eater like me, was absolutely fantastic. The Rogan Josh, Korma was amazing. Even some of the vegetarian options such as the chola puri and aloo paratha were on point.

Cons:

One time I ordered the food to the room, chilli chicken in particular, while it was tasty - it had a few remnants of egg shells. What I liked about the staff is that they acknowledged completely what has happened and took accountability for it. They offered to replace the meal and remove it from the list. Because the rest of the experience was fantastic, this small miss in one item can be ignored. And is an honest mistake that could possibly happen to anyone.

Rooms are a slight bit tiny, but are clean and have a great view.

Location was perfect, staff were courteous and the food was great. The room was warm and the bathroom had all facilities.

There were no cupboards in the room, and the cleanliness, particularly of the room corners, cushion covers could have been better.

I would not recommend this hotel because the rooms are tiny. Also the approach road is in miserable condition.
Pros:

Location is good! Restaurant serves delicious food. Restaurant service is excellent.

Cons:

Deluxe rooms are tiny. You will not be able to even unpack. Bathroom doesn’t provide basics like a rod to hang your towels etc.
