Hopless services , hopeless management ....
Pros:

'there was no responsible man /manager . There was no bell for calling service staff , there was no intercom . Absolutely no conact situation . It was worst than a guest house . Food was hopeless . Yes the property was nice but man power and management very very poor . How can I recommend your property to my friends when I feel cheated by you . Its run by a typical marwadi men .

I am not gonna stay at this property again.
Pros:

The room was good. would give 7/10.

Cons:

after paying 3700 for a room, I was expecting the room to be on the 2nd floor rather I was given close to the reception area with See through window on 1 peice of the windows with nothing but curtains. Also they dont have a property parking as I was asked to park outside on the road.

The hotel staff were polite and very helpful. The location is also near the main Abu road. The breakfast served was very delicious.

Pros:

Really good hot breakfast. Ideal location for touring around Mount Abu.

Cons:

Could have done with hot shower in the late evening, but instant hot water is only available from 7am in the morning.
