Great stat and will come back.
Pros:

Very well maintained and helpful personnel. We were met by Mario when we arrived late. He was so helpful and made our check in experience excellent.

Cons:

La ségrégation dans les salles de petits déjeuner s avec une salle réservée aux chambres plus chères.
Notre meuble de salle de bain a besoin de être refait.le pouf de chambre déchire.minibar pas frais. Tissus ameublement vieux.restauration : impossible de prendre un menu entier trop pour nous le soir

Het is een schoon hotel. De kamer is niet heel groot. De bedden zijn goed en de badkamer is prima. Het ontbijt heeft genoeg keuze. Wij hebben voornamelijk van het saladebuffet redelijk gegeten. Fantastische wellness. Veel gratis parkeerplek bij het hotel.

Cons:

Een tafeltje om je koffer op te zetten. We hebben het tafeltje van het balkon maar gepakt. Waardeloos uitzicht vanuit onze ongezellige kamer. Veel personeel loopt, als het even niet druk is, te hangen met handen op hun rug voor bij de receptiebalie en in de eetruimte bij de doorgang naar de keuken naar de tafeltjes achterin waardoor ze eigenlijk de klanten in de weg staan. Het eten was niet onze smaak en met weinig liefde klaargemaakt.

Upea hotelli Dolomiittien sylissä.
Pros:

Sijainti oli loistava, henkilökunta erityisesti vastaanotossa ystävällistä ja iloista. Aamiainen oli upea. Allasosasto oli myös hyvä ja ulkoa löytyi jopa puusauna! Hotellilta oli lyhyt matka kabiinihissille, josta pääsi hyvin merkityille patikkareiteille
Dolomiiteille.
Lomatuen was great. Staff was friendly, especially Emma ❤️ and Mario! Breakfast was super. Also pools were nice, especially finnish wood sauna outside! Sraff lady in poolarea was great!

Cons:

Illallinen oli aika kallis ja pääruoka pettymys.
Dinner was quite expensive and the maincourses were little dissapointment.

Lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat if in the area!
Pros:

Lovely reception staff - Emma was wonderful. Room was lovely, clean and with all the amenities you’d need - shampoo, conditioner etc. Breakfast was lovely & the indoor/outdoor pool is a real luxury!

Cons:

Breakfast staff felt a little intense following you around everywhere you went - assuming to ensure you weren’t taking anything away?
