I was charge 1400 per night while my booking price was 850 per night.. hotel management was rude and said pay 1400 hundred or look for something else

It was very bad. Rooms were very dirty even there were cockroaches and insects, bedsheets fully dirty

Staff was unprofessional and at the reception we were asked to give more money than the booking amount.
We booked the room at Rs.800-900/- but they demanded Rs.1500/-
It's not good for anyone and we refused to stay there.
Nothing at all very bad experience especially the room was of faul smell and unclean bed cloths and pillows when I asked housekeeping boy, he said need to contact the reception. Reception was utter waste they don’t even felt like I’m complaining

The caretaker is a culprit, he's charging extra for everything, it wasn't only from me I saw same issue with other customers too, even after making payment he was denying and asking extra charges. I had to take support of oyo customer care until my reservation completed and got the key, very worst staff

The amount I booked the room was 650but the hotel guy asked to pay 1685and telling that in his system it is this prize only and gave the room at 1200 finally as it was urgenr for me I had to pay that amount

As per booking.com the total price amount shown is 660 around but after reach hotel the total amount at their side showing is 1,600. Why this gaps ? Why not booking.com app is not showing full amount. Ok fine..paid the amount but no breakfast included in that price. Not even complimentary water bottles. Paying such amount i can find something near to road with complimentary breakfast. Am totally dissatisfied with booking.com service
