The hotel shuttle will take you to the main ski elevators of the Sellaronda, round trip.
The shuttles are free (within the municipality of Selva) from 8:30 to 19:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel
Pros:

The only truly positive experience during the stay was the Michelin-star restaurant. Both the food and the service there were excellent. It is a pity that such a high-quality restaurant operates within a hotel where the rest of the service falls significantly short of expectations.

Cons:

This hotel has the infrastructure of a 5-star property, but unfortunately the service does not match the standard at all.

The main problem is the reception team, which appeared poorly organised and unprofessional. Upon arrival, nobody assisted with luggage. In addition, the shuttle bus service did not function properly. The receptionist refused to send the shuttle to locations that are normally approved pickup points, which made transportation unnecessarily complicated.

Breakfast was another disappointment. With the exception of the last morning, the quality and service were far below what one would expect from a hotel of this category. There seemed to be enough staff, but the service was slow and poorly coordinated, cleanness, ...

Another design issue is that some rooms face a pool directly in front of the windows, which forces you to keep the curtains closed most of the time if you want privacy.

La struttura è molto bella, spa spettacolare e bella la piscina esterna. Ma ci sono tanti ma…

Cons:

Innanzitutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo è totalmente sbagliato. Costa davvero tanto per i servizi che offre. Ad esempio. Il bagno della nostra camera era indecente per un 5 stelle. Vecchio con la vasca e ogni volta si allagava il bagno. Due cocktail analcolici serviti a bordo piscina in microscopici bicchieri pieni di ghiaccio: 15 euro l’uno.
Nessun buffet dei dolci a colazione o a cena.
Nessuna merenda offerta a metà pomeriggio.
Noi siamo stati tante volte nei 5 stelle in zona e i servizi erano decisamente migliori a parità di prezzo.
Quindi non ci torneremo più.

Sehr gute Lage, großes Zimmer, gutes Essen und guter Service.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer an Pool oft laut durch Poolnutzer zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr

The hotel was to expensive for value they offered.
Pros:

We stayed for a week and breakfast was same every day. Quite disapointing for 5 star hotel.

Cons:

Service, specially the waiters in bar could be more helpful.

From 1 to 10 the breakfast get 9.5. The location is almost perfect. Almost because it is not near the ski lift and ski piste. The dinner, spectacular.
