Grundsätzlich handelt es sich bei diesem Haus definitiv nicht um ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht vollständig sauber und wird auch nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Das Zimmer ist im allgemeinen okay, allerdings hatten wir keinen Mülleimer.

Das Spa ist nicht inklusive und kostet pro Person 35 Euro.

Den Pool darf man nur mit Badekappe betreten, welche 3 Euro kostet. Dieser Hygienepunkt ist in Anbetracht der nicht vollständig sauberen Zimmer auch sehr merkwürdig. (Abgesehen davon springen auch Menschen ohne Kappe in den Pool). Möchte man einen Handtuch zum nahegelegenen See mitnehmen, kostet dies 3 Euro. Das ist frech…

Das Frühstück ist okay. Die Lage zum See ist sehr gut und der Außenbereich vom Hotel ist gepflegt, umso verwunderlicher das es Innen nicht dem gleichen Standard entspricht.

Alles in allem ist das Hotel eine Entäuschung.
Einziger Lichtblick waren die netten Damen an der Rezeption sowie das Personal beim Frühstück.

מלון בוטיק מקסים על שפת אגם בולסנה ממש סמוך לקו המים. בריכה חמישה כוכבים!!! ארוחת בוקר נחמדה כולל ביצים על פי בקשה. חניה מרווחת. צוות שירותי ומאוד ידידותי. אהבנו מאוד ונשארנו יותר לילות. לא השתמשנו בספא. לגבי הכובעים בבריכה שהוזכרו ע״י אורחים ,אכן מבקשים לרכוש כובע ב3€ ממש לא דרמטי. נכון שחמישה כוכבים היו מספקים ללא עלות.

Cons:

החדרים מאוד בסיסיים. קטנים ועיצוב מאוד גנרי. אין תחושה של חמישה כוכבים. לקחנו חדר עם מרפסת. יש להם שני חדרי פרימיום בתוספת 70% מחיר. אנחנו קיבלנו בחלק מהזמן מגבות מרופטות עם שוליים פרומים. אין מסעדה פעילה במלון עצמו אבל המרחקים קטנים ויש המון אפשרויות מסביב. היתושים היו אכזריים אבל כך היה בספטמבר בכל איטליה.

L'emplacement est bien.La grandeur de chambre et l'équipement.

Cons:

Être obligée de mettre un casque de bain dans la piscine et payer 3 euro chaque nous ont déplu. Manque d'air climatisé une journée et partie de la nuit sans compensation.

Upeaa huolenpitoa! Hieno rakennus parhaalla sijainnilla. Kadotin vihkisormukseni ja seuraavana päivänä henkilökunta oli jo löytänyt sen valtavasta pihan uima altaasta. Loistavaa.

Abbiamo provato il ristorante della struttura collegata e la cena è stata davvero ottima.

Cons:

1. Numerose zanzare in camera, nonostante avessimo segnalato in anticipo che soggiornavamo con una neonata. Una situazione assolutamente poco piacevole, soprattutto viaggiando con una bambina piccola.
2. Pulizia non all’altezza di un 5 stelle: abbiamo trovato polvere persino sul phon appeso in bagno. Per una struttura di questa categoria, è un dettaglio inaccettabile.
3. Costi dei servizi eccessivi e poco trasparenti: avevo fornito personalmente un pacco di pastina per mia figlia e chiesto semplicemente di cucinarla. Il servizio in camera di 2,40 € è comprensibile, ma ci sono stati addebitati ulteriori 8 € alla voce “primo”. In pratica, 8 € per cucinare una pastina fornita da noi, senza che il costo fosse stato comunicato preventivamente. Un prezzo che trovo francamente assurdo e, soprattutto, poco trasparente. Soprattutto quando l'ho fatto notare in reception le ragazze dello staff che erano presenti mi hanno detto ridendo: "mi hanno detto di fare cosi".
4. Ristorante non presente in hotel: il ristorante si trova in un'altra struttura della stessa catena. A nostro avviso questa informazione dovrebbe essere indicata chiaramente nella descrizione dell'hotel.
5. Mezza pensione gestita in modo poco chiaro: non abbiamo potuto scegliere il menu di mezza pensione perché ci è stato detto che fosse troppo tardi. Peccato che al momento della prenotazione del tavolo nessuno ci avesse informato di questa limitazione.
6. Rapporto qualità-prezzo deludente: diversi servizi ci sono sembrati troppo costosi rispetto a quanto offerto.

Un buon soggiorno.
Pros:

Struttura abbastanza curata e molto pulita.
Colazione abbastanza buona e piscina curata.
In una ottima posizione vicinissimo al lago e abbastanza vicino al centro storico di Bolsena.
Non posso giudicare la spa perché non l ho utilizzata.

Cons:

Onestamente mi aspettavo più attenzione nei particolari e più attenzione del personale addetto alle colazioni e alla piscina.
Un po' di confusione di entrambe le gestioni.
La reception molto cordiale ma non mi ha presentato nulla né del posto né dei servizi possibili nelle vicinanze.
Visto il prezzo ed essendo un 5 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.
