Pros:

der beste Espresso von Grado, finde ich! Immer in gleichbleibender Qualität, fast schon ein Wunder….

Cons:

extrem langsames wlan schwache oder laute Klimaanlage. Jeder schritt aus dem Stiegenhaus war hörbar zumindest im Zimmer 105.

Cons:

Zimmereinrichtung ist Altgebacken. Ein Update wäre wünschenswert und für die Kategorie 4+ Sterne passend

Top Lage, super Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Lage einfach nur Top. Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch deutsch. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, kann man auch im Freien direkt vor dem Hotel machen und dem Treiben zuschauen. Blick auf den Hafen fanden wir sehr schön. Zimmer sauber, Service ordentlich. Für uns hat es perfekt gepasst, wir kommen wieder!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das extrem hilfsbereite und freundliche Hotelpersonal. Man erhält gerne wertvolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Auch die Badezimmer entsprechen einem sehr hohen und aktuellen Standard. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und sorgte für angenehme Temperaturen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Neben einer großen Auswahl an klassischen Speisen gab es viele italienische Spezialitäten. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – direkt im Zentrum und mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Die Atmosphäre rund um das Hotel ist besonders schön.

Praktisch ist zudem, dass man an der Rezeption eine Zufahrtsgenehmigung erhält und dadurch direkt bis vor den Hoteleingang fahren kann.

Ein Lift ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Das Personal spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, hangulatos kis téren, ami este tud hangos lenni, de csak nyitott ablaknál — a nyílászáró szuperül működik, és teljesen be is lehet sötétíteni.
Grado belvárosában van, a tengerparttól és a templomtól is kb. 5 perc gyalog. Autóval tökéletesen oda lehetett menni, nincs parkolója, de (május végén) mindig tudtunk ingyenes helyen parkolni, sétatávra.
