Very helpful staff
Pros:

We didnt stay at the hotel but in private accommodation close by. The gentleman receptionist was very helpful in organising us a taxi early one morning to get us to the port to take the ferry to Malta. Much appreciated!

Pros:

This is a proper, family run hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and it’s right in the center of town. I would certainly stay there again.

Outstanding hotel in central location.
Pros:

Outstanding hotel in an excellent location. Warm welcome upon arrival to this lovely family hotel. Large clean and pleasant room with king size bed. Heater and air conditioning working well. Very clean and well maintained bathroom with large shower and lots of hot water! ( January visit).
Breakfast outstanding with many options, prepared and served with pride.
Excellent location in city centre and central square. Walkable seafront with access to many restaurants and cafes.
Overall excellent quality.

Outstanding service and great location
Pros:

Friendly welcome, excellent facilities and perfect location make this family hotel a great place. Large and well maintained room with king bed and pristine bathroom. Breakfast exceptional with many options nicely prepared and served with pride!
Location on corner of central square makes it easy to walk the long beach or long Main Street. Taxi services needed for rail station and ferry services.

Great location in center of town with welcoming hosts in clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

Terrific location in the central part of Pozzallo. Clean, well-maintained property with good-sized and comfortable room. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Very much enjoys staying here.
