Our stay at this Villa was incredible. The host - Stelvio and his wife - made our stay extremely comfortable as if we came home to our relatives.They always were there to help us and talk about everything at once, we always wanted to stay longer and talk to them. Good service, every day cleaning and amazing rich dinner with a simple but tasty breakfast. Villa Lavinia is also pet friendly, which was surprisingly nice(kudos for that cute little ginger cat) there was also an aqua park option available for free plus PS2 option to play games together with amazing life performances from the host and also there was a karaoke option so if you like the family childhood holiday vibe you should definitely check out Villa Lavinia. Villa is also close to the beach, and you have a bus stop near it to get to the city center.
As for us, we are definitely coming back to this amazing place in the future.

Das Hotel Villa Lavinia von Stelvio liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Meer weg. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Meerblick. Die Gastlichkeit vom Hotelbesitzer und seinem Team ist phänomenal und machte den Abschied wirklich nicht einfach. Es wird nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein.
Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel Villa Lavinia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un ringraziamento speciale a Stelvio, un padrone di casa eccezionale: sempre disponibile, cordiale e prezioso nel fornire consigli su come muoversi tra Rimini e Miramare e su cosa visitare nei dintorni. La struttura offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, la camera era accogliente e ben tenuta, e l’atmosfera familiare ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliato a chi cerca ospitalità genuina e un punto d’appoggio comodo per visitare la zona e raggiungere la spiaggia.
Peccato non esserci fermati a mangiare in Villa, ma ci rifaremo sicuramente al nostro prossimo viaggio
