Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. A family run business with attentive staff who take pride in their work. The room was amazing with fantastic views as was then three course dinner. Well thought out menu with exceptional flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Very heavy aroma of chlorine in the pool. In these modern times we are exposed to enough toxins and pollutants, there are plenty of options of how maintain a clean and hygienic pool in a commercial envirenment. This is not a criticism just an observation.

Kleines und feines Hotel gut gelengen zwischen den beiden Skigebieten Saiseraml und Gröden
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr schön, ruhig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen am Abend war sehr gut, jedoch könnte es ein bisschen mehr Beilage mit dem Fleisch haben.

Cons:

Unseres Erachtens sollte man aus dem kleinen Hotel ein Adults only machen, den wenn es Kinder hat, kann man sich im Wellnessbereich, der klein ist, kaum erholen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war fein, jedoch hätte man wenigsten am Sonntag oder am Neujahrstag einmal Lachs auftischen können, was normalerweise bei einem 4-Stern-Hotel üblich ist.

The hotel is exceptionally well‑managed and offers a warm, family‑oriented atmosphere.
Pros:

We returned to this hotel after two years, having been thoroughly impressed during our previous stay. This visit proved equally exceptional. The dinners were excellent, and the staff—namely the welcoming family who manages the hotel—provided consistently warm and attentive service.

Cons:

We have no complaints, as every aspect of our stay was consistently excellent.

Sehr nette Gastgeber.
Kleines aber sehr schönes Hotel mit einem super Innen und Aussen Pool. Das Essen war der Hammer.

Pros:

Niveau de prestation remarquable, un immense chalet tyrolien combinant le luxe du confort contemporain et des équipements excellents (spa, espace bien-être, piscine intérieur/extérieur), le tout complété par un accueil chaleureux et courtois. Le restaurant vaut le détour, cuisine gastronomique tyrolienne réactualisée de haute qualité et excellente carte des vins locaux. Pas en ville, mais situé dans un hameau au calme, adresse parfaite pour un séjour détente, gastronomie et découvertes en altitude. Situé à au cœur de paysages d’alpages, le parking est bien pratique. Les principaux sites d'intérêt sont à proximité (la Guest Card Sud Tyrol proposée à votre arrivée permet de se déplacer en bus sans se soucier des restrictions de circulation dans les sites protégés).

Celé rodině děkujeme za krásné 4 dny naší dovolené, určitě se rádi vrátíme na delší dobu.
Pros:

Vše bylo v naprosté dokonalosti, všichni v hotelu byli velmi přátelští, opravdu jsme nechali stres za dveřmi hotelu, jak nám bylo doporučeno. Jinak to ani nešlo, jídlo bylo na vysoké úrovni, večeře se dá přirovnat ke gurmánskému zážitku.
Využili jsme i luxusní wellnes.

Cons:

Absolutně není co vytknout.
