Al tel fisso non rispondeva nessuno

Solo dopo abbiamo trovato un nr di cellulare x fare self check in...non segnalato in fase di prenotazione

Nonostante mio msg x cenare in loco con conferma di apertura del ristorante, tutto chiuso x ferie....disservizio che ci ha fatto perdere 1 ora

Accoglienza molto cordiale e disponibile.
Ristorante molto buono con piatti abbondanti e tipici.
Comodissima da raggiungere con ampio parcheggio. Vicino a Brunico ma con prezzi molto economici

Cons:

Direttamente sulla strada statale,a fa parte anche della comodità. Le auto non si sentono dalle camere

Bon séjour.
Pros:

Hôtel facile à trouver en bord de route avec un grand parking pour se garer. L'hôtel dispose d'un bar et d'un restaurant permettant de manger sans avoir besoin de reprendre la voiture ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et très bon. Chambre correcte et propre. La personne qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner était très aimable et professionnelle.

Cons:

Attention, l'hôtel restaurant est fermé le lundi. Il n'y avait donc personne pour nous accueillir et nous donner la clé de la chambre. Il fallait la récupérer dans une boîte avec un code ce qui est assez rare pour un hôtel. La chambre ne disposait pas de bouilloire.
