La cama era confortable

Cons:

La estancia habría sido buena, pero el aire acondicionado fue un gran problema. Como ya comuniqué al hotel, no funcionaba correctamente y fue imposible descansar con el calor de la habitación.

L'hotel visto da fuori è bello e le camere sono pulitissime.

Cons:

Purtroppo non siamo stati fortunati con la camera. L'aria condizionata non funzionava bene e c'erano circa 30 gradi in camera, per questo abbiamo dormito male. Frigorifero non funzionante. TV non funzionante, è venuto il guardiano di notte che molto gentilmente ha provato a programmarla, ma senza esito. WiFi non funzionante. Il codice che ci era stato dato per entrare la sera era errato, siamo rimasti chiusi fuori e abbiamo dovuto telefonare. Avremmo voluto farci cambiare la camera per il problema del caldo, ma di sera non c'è nessuno alla reception.

Una scoperta meravigliosa! Tappa obbligata a Villa Zoia!
Pros:

Io e la mia famiglia eravamo solo di passaggio in zona e non ci aspettavamo minimamente di ritrovarci in un posto così bello. Villa Zoia è stata una vera e propria sorpresa inaspettata! Il posto è semplicemente fantastico, affascinante e curato in ogni dettaglio.

La posizione è eccezionale, soprattutto per chi viaggia con i bambini: si trova infatti vicinissimo a Leolandia, rendendolo il punto di appoggio ideale per spezzare il viaggio. Inoltre, nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi posti interessanti e accoglienti dove mangiare bene e soggiornare con grande comodità.

Personale super accogliente e accomodante!

Pros:

Zona tranquilla. Disponibilità parcheggio interno.

Cons:

Aria condizionata rumorosa e non gestibile dalla camera se non dopo essere stata sbloccata dalla reception.
Reception non sempre presente per gestione esigenze (vedi problema aria condizionata).

Mooi, comfortabel hotel dichtbij de luchthaven en Bergamo
Pros:

Dit hotel is heel goed. De bedden en kussens waren zeer comfortabel en de douchekabine was redelijk ruim. De ligging ten opzichte van de luchthaven BGY Orio Al Serio is uitstekend. Het personeel was vriendelijk. We hebben onze auto dichtbij het hotel gratis op straat geparkeerd met een parkeerschijf (In Italië kun je met een parkeerschijf tijdens de nacht vaak gratis parkeren in de blauwe vakken). Ook heeft het hotel een eigen parkeerplaats. Hiervan hebben wij geen gebruikgemaakt.

Cons:

Er is niets dat niet beviel. Het zou fijn zijn een kamer grenzend aan de binnenplaats te krijgen i.p.v. aan de kant van de hoofdweg. In de ochtend hoorden wij de sirene van een voorbijrijdende ambulance.
