Pros:

Pulizia e cortesia dello staff.

Cons:

Mancanza di un cuscino extra nella camera. Probabilmente avrei potuto chiederlo ma in una struttura del genere dovrebbe essere previsto a prescindere.

Pros:

It's a nice clean facility with two bedroom wings. One wing has older interior finishes and is slightly less expensive. The other more modern and a bit more expensive. The lobby and dining area are grand.
The staff was helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Arriving by car is a challenge. There is no temporary street parking from where you can access directly the reception. I made my way from a public parking area and found the reception on foot. I learned there that you had to drive to their underground parking facility gaining access with the room card key. It all worked out in the end. Not the smoothest process.

I found the breakfasts a bit underwhelming. But I guess for the room prices that's what you get.
