Beautiful property with fantastic service
We loved our stay
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town
LOCATION!!! I feel like the location, charm, breakfast spread, and overall vibe is downplayed on the website when in reality, this hotel is beyond amazing with all of them! We totally landed on a gem staying here! Oozing with Swiss/Bavarian charm, right in the heart of the historic cobblestone town, charming and updated European Boutique hotel vibe, delicious ‘farm to table’ breakfast spread, fresh spring water well outside the hotel door, friendly and very helpful staff, central location to exploring that region of the Dolomites. Loved it!!!
The only 2 downfalls were the bell towers very close by (bring ear plugs if you don’t want to be awakened by it at the crack of dawn) and because we were on the 3rd floor, the room was hot and muggy (no AC.. travel was early June) and that interrupted sleep. They found a fan for us to use and we propped it up by the window, but it only minimally helped. The room was a tad small with the sloped ceiling, but expected and totally fine with the European boutique feel.
Out of this world!!!! You could cut your own oranges and make Your own juice!! Over the top.
We also came during the restaurants down town. They were happy to serve us a delightful brot seit. The staff were helpful and super positive.
Absolutely nothing.
Hotel was excellent, staff super friendly and helpful .When we visit northern Italy again we will definitely stay there.
Historic location.
Had to change request a different room because I paid for one with a view of the mountains and a balcony. Carpets need an update or to be removed. They were sun washed and faded from years and years of work. I came to enjoy the parade of cows that was happening. Both the owner and Manager gave us the wrong information before we booked and after we got there. Had we not gotten help from another hotel where the bus dropped us, due to wrong info from the front desk of this hotel, we would have missed the entire thing and I would have wasted a lot of money and time to miss the event.
Wonderful hospitality. We had a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the central clock tower. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Complimentary bus and lift passes. The lift, which is close to the hotel, works in the summer and winter. We took the lift to a meadow high above the town where there was a weekend music festival, a playground for children, a restaurant, and free roaming goats and ponies.
