Ez a hely maga a csoda!
Pros:

Csodálatos hotel, az egyik legjobb amiben valaha megszálltunk (pedig nagyon sokat utazunk céges és magán célból is). A kültér és a beltér is a legapróbb részletekig tökéletes (lakberendező vagyok ezért ez különösen fontos számomra), pont olyan mint a fotókon. A személyzet egészen kiváló, nem volt olyan kérésünk amit ne teljesítettek volna. A medence és a wellness miatt nagyon jó célpont nyaraláshoz, ha esetleg nem jó az idő akkor tökéletes városnézős hotel mert Verona, Padova, a Garda tó és akár Velence is könnyen elérhető autóval. Szeptemberben visszatérünk!

Cons:

Talán kicsit több tárolóhely lehetett volna a fürdőben.

Gepflegtes Ambiente
Pros:

Das gepflegte Erscheinungsbild der gesamten Anlage, Garten und Poolbereich.
Insbesondere der junge Mann morgens beim Frühstück fiel mir positiv auf! Er begrüßte uns freundlich und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Er zeigte Interesse, kommunizierte aktiv und professionell! So fühlt man sich als Gast , wertgeschätzt und willkommen!

Cons:

Die recht knapp gehaltene „ Abfertigung“ an der Reception, bei unserer Ankunft. Die Kommunikation der Mitarbeiterin in englischer Aussprache und Kundenfreundlichkeit ist mehr als ausbaufähig.
Rauchfreies Hotel.. ??..der Aschenbecher vor der Reception, schräg gegenüber unser Zimmertür geht garnicht!
Ein drastischer Hagelschauer führte zum Wassereintritt unterhalb der geschlossenen!Tür zu unserem Doppelzimmer im EG. Kein Drama, aber ich wollte zumindest bei unserer Abreise darauf hinweisen, um Wiederholung zu vermeiden. Der Mitarbeiter an der Reception reagierte eher ungläubig und wenig interessiert..Schade!
Er vergaß auch völlig zu fragen, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen habe! Die Zufriedenheit des Gastes schien außer den jungen Mann beim Frühstück niemanden zu interessieren ?!
Ach ja, die Designerstühle im Restaurant sind unbequem und laut!
Fazit..manchmal ist weniger mehr!

Väldigt fint och trevligt hotel i lugn lantlig miljö. Mycket bra frukost, sköna sängar och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Lite dåligt med valmöjligheter på middagsmenyn. Jag rekommenderar inte vinprovning, upplevde den som rätt rörig och så lite i glasen att det knappt var möjligt att smaka.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location!
Perfectly designed, relaxing and tranquil.

The breakfast was really delicious with a wide selection of local products.

All the staff members were very polite and kind, they always have a smile for everyone. The whole place was spot on clean.

I would like to mention the chef and the quality of the dinner: perfection!
Surprising combinations with amazing tastes. It was an outstanding experience, we would like to thank you for it.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Cappuccino am Frühstück inklusive.

Cons:

Spa muss zusätzlich gebucht werden. Dadurch stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Des weiteren ist das Zimmer nicht ganz Schalldicht. Die ganzen krixel kraxels (Ohrenkneifer) es werden anscheinend Insektengift verwendet. Lagen tot auf den Gehwegen.

Abendessen ist auf Fine Dining. Wir sind für authentische italienischer Küche.. das muss nicht teuer sein.
