El mejor hotel en el que he estado
Pros:

Todo es perfecto: la atención del personal de sudtirol, la habitación, el entorno natural , el cuidado de las instalaciones, la comida y el ambiente de relajación total del spa. Lugar perfecto de desconexión.

Gorgeous views obviously. Rooms were immaculate with great attention to detail - lighting, heated floors in the shower area. Very friendly reception and family feel/welcome

Cons:

Well I tend to stay up late and sleep a little later so I was a bit rushed the next morning to check out by 10:00 a.m. . That's all on me though not management. I understand that 10:00 a.m. is a typical checkout time. 11am would have been dreamy.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die schnelle Kommunikation im Vorfeld, das tolle Ambiente dieses einzigartigen Hauses & Hofes, die Lage bzw. Erreichbarkeit und natürlich der Blick von der Terrasse und unserem schönen Zimmer! Das Essen war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Herol is a paradise for those who appreciate nature, comfort, and peace! Our stay here was simply fantastic. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious and prepared exclusively with home-grown ingredients. The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, and located in a picturesque spot on the mountaintop. After long walks in the mountains, the most wonderful thing was relaxing in the sauna, and those who enjoy warm tea or coffee can enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the mountains. With numerous hiking trails, you're guaranteed a homey, magical time here. The room was very comfortable and clean, cleaned daily. We are very grateful to all the staff at this hotel and really hope to return.

Not just a hotel but an experience!
Pros:

Πανέμορφο κατάλυμα με πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι πάρα πολύ προσεγμένοι και μίνιμαλ αισθητικής, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και μάλιστα όταν φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα μας ενημέρωσαν ότι έκαναν upgrade το δωμάτιο μας χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση. Θα πηγαίναμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Cons:

Το δείπνο μας ήταν λίγο τσιμπημένο σε τιμή αν και όλα ήταν πολύ νόστιμα και η εξυπηρέτηση άριστη. Ωστόσο επειδή το δωμάτιο θεωρήσαμε ότι είχε πολύ καλή τιμή μείναμε συνολικά ευχαριστημένοι από το συνολικό ποσό για το δωμάτιο και το δείπνο μας.

Vista pazzesca e natura incontaminata
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in questo posto fantastico lontano dalla confusione e solo a contatto con la natura. La strada, anche se non proprio comodissima, vale comunque la pena per la vista! Personale molto gentile e disponibile e possibilità di fare un sacco di passeggiate sia con la neve che con il sole! Spa piccolina e accogliente sempre con super vista sulle Dolomiti! Cibo molto buono, con tanti prodotti a km zero.

Cons:

Nel complesso tutto molto bello a parte alcune piccole cose come la camera con doccia aperta poco pratica e bagno senza bidet.
La cena buonissima ma forse un po’ alto il prezzo per 3 portate (49€ a testa).

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im „Chalet Dolomiti“ war rundum gelungen.
Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, eingebettet in eine ruhige Berglandschaft, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.
