Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, curata e pulita. La stanza era grande, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere all’ultimo piano con una vista mozzafiato! Lo staff gentile e Irene la titolare molto disponibile! Cena ottima con alternativa vegetariana! I bambini hanno apprezzato l’area bimbi e anche la piscina. La vicinanza alle piste super!

Sehr familiär, sehr schöne Zimmer und super Ausblick
Pros:

Ich war für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und habe mich sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Schon an der Rezeption wurde ich herzlich empfangen, alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man merkt sofort, dass dieses Haus noch familiengeführt ist – die persönliche Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Pros:

You expect nice hotel and you get nice hotel, nothing much else to stay. Staff was friendly and professional, everything was clean, the facilities thoughtful and immaculate. I am not a highly experienced traveler but I struggle to imagine what else someone could want from their guest experience. A bonus point for the dinner, which I thought given the pricing standards of tourist Südtirol was very good quality for what was charged.

Cons:

The room was hard floor rather than carpet. I understand the maintenance rationale for this interior design trend but it does ruin the hominess of the room a bit. Breakfast also could probably have gone a half hour later than it did.
