All’arrivo ci siamo trovati davanti a una persona anziana che ci ha comunicato che la stanza non era pronta, comunque sia ci ha dato una seconda sistemazione. E fin qui tutto bene. Durante la fase di check in ha notato che la persona che doveva soggiornare non era dí nazionalità italiana per cui, nonostante avesse visto che parlavamo benissimo italiano e siamo italiani noi ha fatto notare un che di fastidio nei confronti della persona straniera. Per il prezzo pagato stanza minuscola e con una sola brandina singola. Inoltre nella prenotazione risultava la colazione inclusa cosa assolutamente non presente e non offerta, anzi siamo stati trattati con sufficienza dicendo che a quel prezzo volevamo anche avere la colazione (avete indicato voi la presenza di quest’ultima senza che la selezionassimo noi). Dunque personale scortese e assolutamente rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo.

Pros:

Tolle Einrichtung, wirkt komplett renoviert, tolle Betten, haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, scheinen ausländische Gäste nicht zu mögen, wollten unsere Hunde ablehnen, obwohl das Hotel bei Booking.com für Hunde ausgewiesen war, und verlangten dann sogar eine Extragebühr.
