The front desk lady during check-in was the only staff member who was polite and welcoming.

Cons:

We stayed here for 2 nights . While the hotel itself was fine, our experience during breakfast on our final morning (June 28) was highly unpleasant due to a waiter's terrible attitude.He deliberately placed our breakfast table at a corner overlooking the stairs. It felt like an intentional and dismissive gesture. It was only after I strongly protested that he reluctantly agreed to change our table.After checking out, the hotel manager sent us an apology message stating: "We are very sorry to hear that our waiter may have come across as rude during your visit. Please accept our sincere apologies for this." While we appreciate the management’s prompt response and apology, the frontline staff's behavior severely impacted our stay and clearly needs better training.

Pros:

The stay at Hotel Irma was really great!! The room was modern, facilities were great and balcony view just breathtaking. Wellness area is as well very modern and cozy to relax after skiing day. Shuttle bus conveniently gives a morning ride to the lift and picks up afterwards. Really enjoyed delicious dinners as well! Very worth the price! The town center is not far away, so convenient location as well!

Hotel da provare alle porte di Canazei. Dotati di molti parcheggi.
Pros:

Ottima struttura. Siamo stati davvero bene. L’hotel offre il servizio navetta per le piste (e ritorno)gestito direttamente dal proprietario; persona squisita e molto disponibile. Locali accoglienti e puliti. Cibo ottimo e personale molto cortese. Siamo stati molto molto soddisfatti. Torneremo.
