Ottimo hotel nel centro di Arenzano, affacciato sul lungomare, in posizione perfetta per godere del centro storico e delle spiagge. Accoglienza e ospitalità eccellenti. Camera ampia, pulita e luminosa, bagno funzionale. Wifi ogni tanto leggermente debole.

It was the best location in Arenzano.
Pros:

It suited us very well. The location was perfect. clean towels every day also. reception was open also during the night. It was great not having to use an entry key to get into the hotel late at night. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The height of some parts of the ceiling in the bathroom may be a problem for tall people. Otherwise the room was great.

Arenzano da rivisitare, ma in un altro contesto
Pros:

Posizione ottima, in quanto in pieno centro del paese e vicinissima alla passeggiata a mare.
Edificio classico, di bell'impatto visivo e dall'illuminazione serale fascinosa.
Camere e ambienti molto ben riscaldati (è febbraio).

Cons:

Arredi, bagno e ambienti molto datati, di efficienza limitata e bisognosi di una urgente rinfrescata.
Prese corrente (soltanto 3, e nessuna vicina ai comodini) tutte difettose: impossibile caricare i cellulari, a meno di decidere di scollegare TV o frigobar.
Nessun tipo di info dal personale: risposte - laconiche - soltanto a precisa domanda (Esiste un wi-fi? Cosa offre il paese per un ospite non conoscitore della zona? Possibile ricevere via mail la ricevuta, visto che "la stampante è rotta, ci dispiace"?)
Ingresso hotel collocato a un metro scarso dalla trafficatissima Aurelia: pericoloso!

Все красиво в холле и до номера

Cons:

Номер с мансардой был жутко маленький, ванная ужасно холодная, плитка старая, отопления не было, был предоставлен кондиционер, но он сушил сильно воздух и невозможно было спать с кондиционером. Матрац тоже дешевый и твердый-для проблем со спиной не подойдет. Но персонал был оооочень вежливым

Cordialità dello staff, tanta gentilezza, avevamo 2 bici e ce le hanno fatte sistemare in un posto sicuro! Bassa stagione, ci propongo una camera vista mare al posto della nostra sulla via allo stesso prezzo! Camera pulita, accogliente in pieno centro
