Wir haben nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und alles bekommen, was wir brauchten 🫂 wofür wir unendlich dankbar sind: Wärme, Sauberkeit, schneeweiße Handtücher und ebenso frische Bettwäsche. Die Decke war perfekt – nicht zu warm und nicht zu dünn. Das Wasser war richtig heiß, genau wie ich es liebe, und das Bett sehr bequem.
Besonders hat uns das Interieur gefreut; es fühlte sich an, als würde man ein Stück Geschichte berühren. Auch wenn die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind und „viele Geschichten zu erzählen haben“, ist alles wunderbar, wenn man es als Teil des historischen Charmes betrachtet.
Natürlich würden kleine Schönheitsreparaturen das Erlebnis noch unvergesslicher machen, aber technisch hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert: Fernseher, Wasserhahn, Dusche, Abfluss – kurzum, alles super!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Um es perfekt zu machen, würde ich lediglich empfehlen, etwas frisches Gemüse hinzuzufügen. Das ist keineswegs Kritik, sondern nur eine kleine Anmerkung meinerseits ❤️
Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns wie Ehrengäste empfangen haben! Genau diese Herzlichkeit lässt einen die Vorzüge betonen und über kleine Mängel hinwegsehen. Übrigens gab es direkt am Hotel keinen Parkplatz, aber nur 50 Meter weiter wartete ein kostenloser freier Parkplatz wohl genau auf uns 🤗
Alles in allem beeinflusst die eigene Einstellung das Gesamterlebnis: Wenn man Schlechtes erwartet, wird man es finden. Aber wenn man bereit ist zu genießen, dann genießt man in vollen Zügen 🥰

It was the best location in Arenzano.
Pros:

It suited us very well. The location was perfect. clean towels every day also. reception was open also during the night. It was great not having to use an entry key to get into the hotel late at night. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The height of some parts of the ceiling in the bathroom may be a problem for tall people. Otherwise the room was great.
