Esperienza fantastica, da ripetere assolutamente
Pros:

Tutto.. le luci soffuse, Il profumo, l’atmosfera, il silenzio, il fatto che nonostante fosse pieno non era caotico, l’accoglienza dello staff, la quantità del cibo e sopratutto la qualità (chef top)

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Marta vom Sevice und Erwin vom Saunabereich, welche ihre Arbeit mit Leidenschaft absolvieren. Toller Wellnessbereich, schöner Poolbereich, super Zimmer.
Abwechslungsreiches und sehr gutes Essen.

Cons:

Die Geschäftsführerin sollte an ihrer Ausdrucksweise arbeiten z.B. dass mehrfache Wort "Mahlzeit" hat beim Abendessen nichts zu suchen. Teilweise schnippische Bemerkungen die man sein lassen könnte.
Info über Sauna Aufgüsse sollten besser lesbar sein für Menschen, die keinen Fahrstuhl nutzen.
Hundefreundlich, für 25€ pro Tag könnte man jedoch mehr erwarten ( Näpfe, Leckerli, Decke).

Originalità e divertimento delle infusioni in sauna.
Cena eccellente e colazione perfetta 😍
Si trova immerso nel bosco in una valle, quella di Anterselva, che considero incantevole.

Una splendida vacanza.
Pros:

Una struttura completa ed accogliente, anche per gli animali domestici, dotata di una spa godibilissima è situata in una posizione davvero eccezionale.
Pienamente promosse anche la colazione e la cena. Quest'ultima, sempre costituita da piatti di alta qualità, potrebbe sembrare leggermente scarsa ma è solo un'impressione perché c'è a disposizione un buffet davvero soddisfacente

Cons:

Forse sarebbe il caso di sostituire il frigorifero del minibar che funziona in maniera ben poco soddisfacente.

Sich erholen in einem sehr schönem Hotel und wunderbarer Umgebung g

Wer sich nach Ruhe sehnt, da sind Sie richtig! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich, die Wün sche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück erfreute mich jeden Morgen und was mir besonders auffiel war, dass alle Gäste hier feine und manierliche Leute waren (das ist nämlich leider nicht mehr überall so!!) Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werde wiederkommen!!

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich gastfreundlich! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Besonders zu erwähnen das Essen, wirklich hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Obst im Saunabereich wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nie aufgefüllt. Snacks gab es keine.

Uncomfortably hot room and promised dietary requests not met
Pros:

Great location, very close to bus stop, kind staff, nice spa.

Cons:

Spacious and beautiful room, but so uncomfortably hot that sleeping was difficult (26 degrees celsius). We weren’t alone—another guest mentioned the same issue at checkout. The staff explained they couldn’t adjust the temperature for fear of other guests complaining about the cold, and suggested we leave the window open all night. Not only was this an unsatisfactory solution, it’s also environmentally irresponsible. Additionally, one of our key cards repeatedly failed, requiring three reprogrammings at reception. While the front desk staff were kind, the persistent problem was annoying.

We had requested vegan meals in advance, and were told there was always a vegan option— which was not true. Vegetarian dishes were always available, but when we asked for vegan adjustments, the kitchen simply removed ingredients (e.g., serving polenta and tomatoes instead of cheese with polenta and tomatoes). It wasn’t until our last meal that we finally received a proper protein replacement. For a hotel with a chef, this lack of flexibility and attention to reasonable dietary needs was disappointing, especially considering we had asked in advance.

The great location, big rooms and staff’s kindness were bright spots. However, I can’t recommend a hotel where I neither slept nor ate well.
