Convient pour une escale
Pros:

Le personnel vraiment très accueillant, très agréable et serviable.
Les volumes, la propreté de la salle de bain (semble-t-il refaite récemment).
Un coin repas avec canapé (attention, la cuisine est payante : évier, frigo, plaque électrique... si vous l'utilisez).
Le petit déjeuner varié (buffet à volonté).
Tarif très correct avec petit déjeuner compris.

Cons:

La literie du lit double était très inconfortable, on a senti les ressorts du matelas toute la nuit !
Mais ce n'était pas le cas pour les 2 lits simples.
L'aspect vieillot général (tout est marron, sauf pour la salle de bain). La déco mériterait un coup de neuf.

Good value for money
Pros:

Conveniently located hotel for the trips to Modena or to Parma. We stayed with 3 kids and had enough space for all of us . Hotel isn’t new, but good enough. We were not during high season should be mentioned…

Cons:

Comparably small breakfast area… Don’t know how they manage when hotel isn’t full
