Hotel de paso
Pros:

La ubicación, esta a 3 cuadras del metro y unas 12 de la terminal de tren, lo cual te permite tener bastante movilidad. El personal tambien, salvo una sola persona que no hablaba otro idioma que el italiano, el resto bien

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que es un hotel de paso, solo diría eso

Pros:

The location is very good, walking distance from the railway station, trams and metro stations nearby. Spacious room and comfy beds. Good place for one night only.

Cons:

The room with windows overlooking the back of the Chinese restaurant next door and their ventilation, so the smell of the food was inside the room and there was no way to get rid of it. We smelled like deep fried spring rolls. The bathroom in the room is a specially built extension so it's cold and you can see a window in the shower with a piece of plastic instead of a wall. As the shared bathroom is down the corridor you can hear people on the corridor, closing doors etc.

Pros:

Bon emplacement à environ 30 minutes à pieds du Duomo et avec tram / métro à proximité immédiate

Cons:

Nous avions demandé à réserver un parking et ils devaient s’en occuper, mais ensuite aucune info pour y accéder. Une fois arrivés à l’hôtel la
personne qui s’est occupée de nous (à priori le gérant ?) ne parlait même pas anglais !
Il nous donne le nom du parking et nous laisse nous débrouiller seuls. Sauf qu’une fois sur place on nous demande 60€ au lieu des 50€ annoncés, donc nous avons dû chercher un autre parking.
Globalement le personnel n’est ni souriant ni accueillant, ne comptez pas sur eux pour avoir des recommandations.
La chambre était globalement propre mais usée et sentait l’humidité, la salle de bain vraiment minuscule, pas de bouilloire de fontaine à eau ou de mini frigo.
On doit laisser la clé quand on sort de l’hôtel, sauf qu’au moment de la récupérer on ne nous demande meme pas de pièce d’identité !
Bref c’est très très sommaire pour le prix !
