Pros:

I love the location, which is directly across the lake. Although the main road is going right by it, it was not loud at all. The staff is great and very accommodating. Parking is right in front of the hotel with plenty of parking lots. The room was very nice and really big for a standard room. The room had air.condition which was a major plus with the temperature being in the high 30s. The pool is large enough if you actually want to swim laps and not just cool off.

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like was the bread. It was a little hard. Other then that there is nothing negative to say.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schlechter Service
Pros:

Die Lage und der Aussenbereich (Pool usw)

Cons:

Kein Schrank im Zimmer
Im Bad keine Ablage in der Dusche
Sehr viel Ungeziefer an der Decke
Mussten bei Ankunft erstmal die Mücken im Zimmer erschlagen
Hätte die Purzfrau schon sehen müssen und wegsaugen.

Frühstück sehr schlecht, kein zweiter Teller, Wurst und Käse ständig leer.
Kaffeemaschine Katastrophe

Wer auf Frühstück Wert legt, ist hier falsch.
Preise für Bar verhältnismäßig hoch.
Aperol Spritz 8 Euro und schmeckt nicht mal.

Einfach eine tolle Lage am See und an Torri del Benaco!

Wir kommen seit einigen Jahren, die ganze Anlage wird beständig in einem gepflegten sauberen Zustand gehalten. Das
Personal war wie immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Gerne wieder, aber nicht mehr in Zimmer 16
Pros:

Frühstück ausreichend gut, Pool perfekt, sehr freundliches und nettes Personal, die Lage war für uns optimal gewählt, da wir abends immer noch in den Ort laufen wollen

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig !! Kommen gerne wieder!! Der Pool war auch sehr schön!! Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden 👍👍👍Bushaltestellen vor dem Hotel ,alles perfekt !!

Behageligt ophold til prisen
Pros:

Morgenmaden var rigtig fin. Hotellet ikke særlig stort og hyggeligt. Dejlig pool og lidt tilbagetrukket fra vejen, men stadig med en skøn udsigt. Personalet var meget venlige.

Cons:

Der manglede hylde eller skabsplads. Kunne ikke tømme kufferten. For få håndklæder.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind superlieb und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Leider nur eine Kleiderstange vorhanden .
