Tolle Lage des modernen, aber gemütlichen Hotels mit super Essen, sehr schönem, sehr sauberem Wellness-Bereich und nettem Personal.

Il quattro stelle che tutti vorrebbero
Pros:

Struttura nuova e arredata con gusto, studiata in ogni minimo dettaglio e tenuta maniacalmente. Pulizia impeccabile in qualsiasi area. Posizione spettacolare con vista su Sasso Lungo e Sasso Piatto e a due passi dalla fermata della navetta molto utile per spostarsi su tutto l’alto piano. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Adatta anche a famiglie con bambini in quanto dotata di sala giochi interna, parchetto esterno e menù per bambini. Ristorante top con piatti raffinati, colazione abbondante e con prodotti di ottima qualità. Hanno sempre provveduto a proporre alternative vegetariane mantenendo il livello di raffinatezza.
In generale ottimi tutti i servizi proposti.
Per rendere l’idea: voglio andare in piscina con i miei bambini e quindi prendo dalla camera accappatoi per tutte le nostre taglie offerti dalla struttura e li metto nella borsa offerta anch’essa dalla struttura, e scendo in piscina con le ciabatte offerte. Mi godo il panorama dai lettini della piscina bevendo qualcosa di fresco e mangiando della frutta tutto offerto dalla struttura. Poi mi faccio la doccia in piscina dove trovo già shampoo e phon (oltretutto phon di quelli veri!)..
Insomma, assolutamente nulla lasciato al caso.

The hotel is not big
Good menu in the evening!
Such nice views!

Cons:

The lunch is between 12-13h, but you can ask a bit later

Don't Trust The Kitchen Staff
Pros:

I messaged about my food allergies. I called ahead about them. I spoke with reception when I checked in.

There is no reason why when my meal was served there were multiple courses that I couldn't eat for risk of being sent to a hospital. No apologies were given or offer for any other food.

I was trapped on a mountain, couldn't eat the food I was given and had no way to get any other food. I've stayed at dozens of half-board places before and this was the first where I went to bed without eating because it wasn't safe.
