La struttura è fuori Orta, quindi bisogna raggiungere il centro con la macchina! A noi è andata benissimo, perché siamo state in bassa stagione e c'era grande disponibilità di parcheggio, seppur a pagamento! L'hotel molto comodo; colazione, sia dolce che salata, buona; il personale gentilissimo e anche il nostro bassotto è stato accolto come un principino ed è potuto state con noi a colazione (cosa fondamentale)!

sono rimasto decisamente insoddisfatto, perché considerato il prezzo pagato, avevo delle aspettative molto più alte

Cons:

Non è disponibile un carrello per spostare le valigie dal garage alla camera e viceversa, e quando ho chiesto al personale in reception, si sono anche messi a ridere... forse hanno trovato divertente che un cliente che ha pagato oltre 200 euro, avesse bisogno di aiuto...
oltre questo, la camera è molto piccola e nemmeno troppo pulita.
per il prezzo pagato di €220 mi aspettavo un servizio molto più efficiente e una sistemazione decisamente più accogliente

Pros:

Es ist sauber. Es gibt einen Blick auf den See wenn man um die Ecke schaut. Das Essen war ok.

Cons:

Ich habe schon in Jugendherbergen gewohnt die komfortabler und vor allem gemütlicher waren... Das Personal gab einem den Eindruck dass man störte. Das Hotel bietet nur Abends Restaurant an, nicht auch Mittags.

Zimmer 202 ist das Beste mit Balkon und wunderbarer Sicht auf den See!

Wirtin und Personal besonders freundlich!
Auto hatte einen Platz in der Tiefgarage!

Great location by a lovely beach. Fab breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was good, but the ceiling was very low on the mezzanine floor. We had a little kitchenette which was useful but we had no dish soap or coffee to start us off.

Petit coin de paradis avec la jolie plage juste en face.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé avec parking, en léger décalage par rapport à la route ( on entend pas les voitures). A moins de 10 min en voiture de San Giulio.
Les chambres sont confortables et propres - même avec les lits une place dépliés pour les enfants. Un balcon permet de faire sécher serviettes et maillots de bain, très pratique ! Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.
Le petit plus, a plage en face à 1 min est super mignonne : personnel sympa, pente douce pour les enfants, location de pédalo, paddle..

Cons:

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. RAS

A well-located lakeside hotel with friendly staff and decent food, but let down by extra beach fees, limited amenities,
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently close to the lake, but unfortunately, access to the beach directly in front requires a substantial additional fee. There is a very small public beach next to it, but space is limited.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to Joseph in the restaurant, who was exceptionally kind and attentive.

Breakfast was quite good, and the food served in the restaurant was simple but tasty

Cons:

The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. Access to the beach directly in front of the property should really be included in the price. Unfortunately, a large, dilapidated building right in front of the hotel also detracts from what would otherwise be a beautiful view of the lake.

It was also disappointing that no paddle boards or kayaks were available for guests to use.

Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oberhalb des Ortasees

Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot
Beide Abende habe ich im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Es war alles perfekt.
