Petit coin de paradis avec la jolie plage juste en face.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé avec parking, en léger décalage par rapport à la route ( on entend pas les voitures). A moins de 10 min en voiture de San Giulio.
Les chambres sont confortables et propres - même avec les lits une place dépliés pour les enfants. Un balcon permet de faire sécher serviettes et maillots de bain, très pratique ! Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.
Le petit plus, a plage en face à 1 min est super mignonne : personnel sympa, pente douce pour les enfants, location de pédalo, paddle..

Cons:

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. RAS

Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oberhalb des Ortasees
Pros:

Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot
Beide Abende habe ich im Restaurant sehr gut gegessen.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Cons:

Es war alles perfekt.

A well-located lakeside hotel with friendly staff and decent food, but let down by extra beach fees, limited amenities,
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently close to the lake, but unfortunately, access to the beach directly in front requires a substantial additional fee. There is a very small public beach next to it, but space is limited.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to Joseph in the restaurant, who was exceptionally kind and attentive.

Breakfast was quite good, and the food served in the restaurant was simple but tasty

Cons:

The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. Access to the beach directly in front of the property should really be included in the price. Unfortunately, a large, dilapidated building right in front of the hotel also detracts from what would otherwise be a beautiful view of the lake.

It was also disappointing that no paddle boards or kayaks were available for guests to use.

Great location by a lovely beach. Fab breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was good, but the ceiling was very low on the mezzanine floor. We had a little kitchenette which was useful but we had no dish soap or coffee to start us off.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo sia alla reception che alla colazione. Hotel silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza alla strada, camere spaziose con balcone vista lago, letti comodi, parcheggio privato.

Soggiorno piacevole ma con alcune migliorie...
Pros:

Il breve soggiorno nel complesso è stato piacevole.
La posizione era ottima, la colazione sia salata che dolce a buffet era abbondante e la camera ben arredata dotata di balcone con vista lago.
Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

La posizione del letto nella camera poteva essere rivista (appena ci siamo svegliati come prima cosa alla vista ci è apparso un edificio dismesso)
Nella camera inoltre c'erano insetti ovunque (coccinelle e cimici che ci siamo ritrovati anche sulle coperte e sui cuscini)
Infine abbiamo avuto un importante disguido nella gestione del parcheggio. Al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato il posto occupato da un ospite che non aveva il parcheggio incluso nel soggiorno. La situazione si è risolta prontamente con un accordo tra le parti.

Esperienza tutto sommato da rifare.
Pros:

Di questa struttura mi è piaciuta maggiormente la piacevole accoglienza, la comodità del posto auto riservato, la vista lago e il balconcino.

Cons:

Di questa strutturata non mi è piaciuta particolarmente la colazione (un po’ povera), il mini frigo privo di per lo meno delle bottigliette d’acqua, qualche cimice anche morta per la stanza e un un po’ il freddo.

séjour bien agréable dans cet hôtel ! A recommander .
Pros:

En particulier , le parking situé dans un garage juste en dessous de l'hotel , avec un accès direct par ascenseur , vraiment très très bien ! le dîner au restaurant sur place également très bien , et le petit déjeuner -copieux- servi par un employé extrêmement agréable ! Les chambres étaient propres et agréables avec un petit balcon.
La gentillesse de l'hôtesse à l'accueil qui nous a donné des tuyaux pour notre sortie sur le lac.
Emplacement bien situé à l'entrée du lac.

Cons:

Je ne vois pas !!
