Very nice, cozy and friendly.
Pros:

Very cozy and clean. We were in a big room for 3 people and the 3d person had their own space and a real bed (not a couch). We had access directly out to the garden with a beautiful mountain view. Swimmingpool only footsteps away. Big garage for the car.

Cons:

It was very hot outside, over 30°C and there is no aircondition.

旅游旺季能订到这家酒店已经很幸运了，它位于小镇的半山坡上，景观一流，有地下车库。这里离各个景点的缆车站都不远，非常方便。老板一家特别热情，每天都会很用心地准备晚餐菜单。

We have never stayed at a facility with more outgoing staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Incredible hotel. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend. Be sure to make plans to stay for dinner.

Pros:

Ho trascorso 6 giorni con mia moglie all'Hotel Grones.
Ottima la locazione nel verde, appena fuori dal centro, ma raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.
Ottima la camera, confortevole e riordinata ogni giorno con molta cura.
Tutto l'albergo è tenuto molto bene anche con la presenza assidua e la gentilezza dei proprietari.
Buona la colazione a buffet e il ristorante con varietà del menù.
Il venerdì un piacevole incontro con musica locale e un piccolo rinfresco.
In conclusione consigliabile, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Noted that this hotel doesn't have Aircon. But we are aware of this.

Muy comodo hotel con excelente personal atendiendo
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, elegante y comodo. El desayuno es variado y con buenas opciones. La ubicacion es cercana al centro de Ortisei y a los lifts para Seceda y Alp di Suisi. No use la piscina o el spa pero se veian limpios y los hubiera usado si mi estancia hubiera sido mas larga.

Cons:

El hecho de notener aire acondicionado en epoca de verano complica un poco la estancia. Dormimos con la ventana y puerta al balcon abiertas para que circulara mas aire lo cual dejaba entrar ruido tambien de gente pasando frente al hotel.
