The location and the facilities are great! Staff is lovely and friendly! The best staff!
The quality of the breakfast is excellent but I would have a bit more choice.
We had a mix of positive experiences and some disappointments during our stay.
Pros:
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very inviting. The staff was truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. They even assisted us in arranging a wonderful boat excursion, which was a highlight of our trip.
The location is also a major plus, with a gorgeous beach just across the street featuring calm, crystal-clear water. One of the standout experiences was sunset dining on the rooftop—absolutely spectacular and a perfect way to end the day.
Cons:
Unfortunately, several advertised amenities were not available when we arrived on June 3rd. The restaurant, hot tub, and in-room refrigerator were not functioning. While the hot tub began working the following week, it was only accessible until 5 PM, and the refrigerator was never repaired during our stay. Basic room amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were also missing. At full summer pricing, we expected all facilities to be fully operational.
The location, while convenient, comes with notable noise. Being at the end of a public strip near beach clubs and nightlife resulted in constant traffic noise—motorcycles and loud music—throughout the night. There were also groups gathering on the beach into the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get uninterrupted rest.
Parking was another challenge. There are only a handful of public spots in front of the hotel, which fill up quickly. While the hotel offers paid parking, it would feel more appropriate for this to be included given the room rates and limited availability nearby.
Overall:
The hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its beautiful design, excellent staff, and prime beachfront access. However, the lack of available amenities and ongoing noise issues significantly impacted our overall experience.
Spektakuläre Lage am Ende einer Küsten Straße. Gepflegtes Haus, grandioser Garten. Super freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder!
