Pros:

I thought the hotel was well situated, the shuttle service and staff were excellent. The evening meal was good value.
For a three star property we were happy with our choice.

Le aree comuni sono molto belle anche se in alcuni punti un po' trascurate

Cons:

La camera è stata una delusione. Il bagno è terribile, la doccia molto piccola con la tenda, il kit di cortesia terribile, inutilizzabile, sanitari molto vecchi. Manca il frigo bar, neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera. Il ristorante è caro e con menù fisso quasi ospedaliero, inoltre il tavolo viene assegnato dallo staff, ti devi accontentare e l'ingresso per la cena deve essere entro le 20:30, praticamente così tante restrizioni che sembra ti vogliano invitare a cenare altrove. Le bevande calde a colazione non sono servite al tavolo, ma erogate da macchine automatiche, impossibile iniziare la giornata con un buon espresso. Allo stesso prezzo nell'isola di Ischia si trovano soluzioni di livello decisamente più alto. I servizi non sono di un 4 stelle

Bella vista. Diverse piscine a disposizione.

Cons:

Stanze molto piccole. Parcheggio quasi mai disponibile. Camerieri del ristorante scontrosi.
Non è facilmente raggiungibile.

Pros:

tutto, in particolar modo la cura della struttura, i servizi offerti, il calore e la professionalità dello staff. Dal primo all'ultimo nessuno escluso. Complimenti.
Nota a margine; dopo il check out, oltre alla disponibilità di depositare i bagagli, c'è stato offerto di poter usufruire gratuitamente della piscina con contestuale spogliatoio, doccia e phone fino all'orario previsto per il traghetto (tardo pomeriggio). Strutture recettive così vanno premiate e straconsigliate.

Cons:

Potrei dire che non amo la tendina nella doccia, ma onestamente si è stati talmente bene che davvero è un fastidio che non ha sposato di nulla rispetto il senso di benessere generale.

Un magnifique hôtel avec vue

Fantastique hôtel et rapport qualité prix - nous avions la sensation d’être transportés dans une autre époque pleine de calme et de sophistication. Les baignades dans les eaux thermales des piscines de l’hôtel ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel, sans oublier la vue incroyable sur la baie en contrebas ont rendu ce séjour inoubliable!

Highly recommend Villa Flavio
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views room 107 . Exceptional staff all around. Having the shuttle made all the difference to get to town. Dino, the driver was brilliant. I would recommend this hotel with breakfast. It would be nice to have other fruit choices such as melon(s) Easy to get a bus to the port to your next destination.

À fuir absolument – punaises de lit et expérience désastreuse

Nous avons séjourné à Villa Flavio début août 2025 et ce fut un cauchemar. Dès notre arrivée, la chambre présentait des conditions indignes d’un établissement se prétendant « resort » : porte-serviettes cassé, douche délabrée, murs décrépis, toilettes sales.

Le pire : à notre retour, nous avons découvert que nos bagages et vêtements étaient infestés de punaises de lit. Résultat : piqûres, nuits horribles, et obligation de jeter plusieurs effets personnels (bagages et habits), avec des pertes financières conséquentes.

Nous avons fourni photos, preuves et reçus. L’hôtel, malgré l’évidence, a refusé d’assumer sa responsabilité et n’a accordé aucune concession commerciale – pas même un geste symbolique. L’attitude adoptée a été uniquement celle du déni et du mépris vis-à-vis du client

Si vous tenez à votre santé, à vos vacances et à vos affaires personnelles : évitez absolument cet endroit.
