Per tutta la durata del soggiorno è mancata l'acqua calda. Abbiamo segnalato subito il problema , il proprietario ci ha assicurato che avrebbe risolto in giornata , poi la sera ci ha detto che avrebbe risolto il giorno seguente, ma non è stato così e siamo rimasti senza acqua calda fino al terzo e ultimo giorno del soggiorno con un notevole e inaccettabile disagio . Il gestore al check out ci ha fatto il 15% di sconto sul prezzo totale . Non mi è mai successo di soggiornare in un hotel senza acqua calda, servizio imprescindibile .

Excellent location to attend Formula 1 gran prix in Monza
Pros:

The proprietor Angelo was so helpful and welcoming. Very nice breakfast and great pizza. We stayed there during the Formula 1 gran prix for 4 days. It was a perfect location. The bus was across the street, and it was a 5 minute ride to the city center, then the black line shuttles took us to the Autodromo for the race. We would definitely go back. Plus, it was only a 40-minute drive to Lake Como. We went there for a day.

Cons:

They did not have an iron but that was ok.

What a mistake
Pros:

Not very much. The wait staff in the restaurant were good and helpful

Cons:

The moment I went into the hotel it knew i had made a mistake. The owner was too busy serving in the restaurant to greet me and do the registration. The room was small not a big issue. There was no hot water for 3 days. The food in the restaurant was very average. This was the most expensive hotel of an 8 week trip by far the worst experience. Yes it was the F1 weekend so I expected it to be more expensive but at least reasonable

Pros:

En syönyt aamiaista. Yksi syy on se, että hotellin henkilökunnassa ei ollut yhtään muun kuin italia osaajaa. Se on selkeä ja huomattava puute.
Sijainti on hyvä.

Cons:

Henkilökunnan kielitaidottomuus. Kun suomalainen matkustaa Italiaan, perusoletus ei ole, että hän osaa maan kieltä.
Huoneessa ei ollut ainuttakaan juomalasia esim hampaiden pesuun tai jopa juomiseen.

Ok, but expensive compared to what you get
Pros:

Ok hotel 15 - 20 walk from the city center. Expensive compared to what you get. Nice and friendly staff but a little bit complicated to communicate because they did not speak english. The cleaning staff was nice but the throwed an hamburger that I had in the room to eat when I come back after the match.
