Excellent location, charming hotel, friendly staff, and amazing views
Pros:

Right in the heart of town. We drove from Venice airport and parked in the hotels’ garage. We never used the rental car during our week stay. You can walk or take the free bus everywhere. Great restaurants (list provided by the hotel) within minutes of the hotel. Delicious daily buffet breakfast with plenty of options and I loved the coffee machine! The rooms are comfortable, but can feel a bit tight with a family of four and lots of ski gear. Then again this is Europe. The entire staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel is within three to five minutes to the first of many gondolas. Literally walk out the hotel with your ski gear on and hop on the gondola. The hotel also has a ski room where you can store your skis and also warm your boots overnight if they’re a bit damp.
We will certainly be back. Val Gardena region is spectacular.

Cons:

I wish they had a hot water/coffee maker in the room.

Great location in centre the of Ortisei. Close lifts & restaurants/bars.

Cons:

The property itself was excellent, however Ortisei is very quiet in the evenings with limited apres ski after 7pm

Cons:

Troche ciasny pokój jak na 4 osobową rodzinę . Reszta super :) hotel w samy centum miasteczka , bardzo blisko do wyciągu tuż za ścianą :)

Toplocatie en topverblijf
Pros:

Ontbijt top, locatie geweldig, om de hoek Seceda met zalige pistes en zalige berghutten om te eten. Verder midden in het centrum met leuke winkeltjes. Alles top. Bedden ook uitstekend.

Die Lage war perfekt für unseren Skiurlaub, kurze Wege zu den Talstationen.
Das Hotel ist gemütlich und sehr sauber,das Personal wirklich freundlich.
