Friendly and cosy
Pros:

The breakfast was good, the diner was tasty. Also the staff is very kind and helped us with useful information about the bus stations and how can we reach the ski slopes, the accomodation is very close to the bus stations and it is situated on the orange Sellaronda, which is very good. The room was clean and we had enough space. The food was very good and the staff from the restaurant is very professional and well organised.

Cons:

I liked everything, so there is not something that I didn't like.

A clean, comfortable stay with excellent service and great facilities — couldn’t ask for more.
Pros:

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There’s a bright, secure underground parking area with keycard access, which I really appreciated. Although some bathroom fixtures seemed a bit dated, everything was clean and worked perfectly. The staff were exceptionally friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with any questions.

Personale cordiale e disponibile! Posizione buona. Camera affacciata sulla strada principale ma ben insonorizzata.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato per 2 notti ma il giorno del mio arrivo ho cominciato a stare male. Dopo aver dormito una notte sono dovuto rientrare a casa. Avendo dormito solo una notte, mi sarei aspettato che la struttura mi venisse economicamente incontro, anche semplicemente scalandomi la colazione non usufruita.

Pros:

Very welcoming hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, meals were superb, would definitely recommend taking advantage of the half board option. The level of service was great

Cons:

Depending on which way your room is facing if you leave the windows open over night there is a chance you'll wake up to someone smoking underneath it and the smell permeating the room
