Sehr freundliches Personal. Aber am meisten hat mir die Ruhe gefallen. Kein Geschrei, keine Party oder Laute Musik.

Leider wurde mein persönlich mitgebrachtes Alpecin Haarshampoo ausgeschüttet und durch ein Reinigungsmittel ersetzt und am nächsten Tag wurde leider auch noch mein Giorgio Armani Aftershave Lotion mit den selben Reinigungsmittel aufgefüllt und damit unbrauchbar gemacht. Die Hausleitung hat meine Beschwerde nicht einmal einer Entschuldigung wert gehalten, sonder auch noch gesagt in diesen Behältnissen ist ein Haarshampoo und eine Aftershave Lotion. Da kann man nur sagen: Geruchssinn haben sie keinen, wenn sie nicht einmal das eigene Reinigungsmittel riechen.

Sitz/Liegegelegenheiten. Aufmerksamer 'Hausmeister' der uns die Parkplätze für unsere Motorräder zuwies. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Einfach ein tolles Erlebnis in Meran ❤️.
