Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Besonders enttäuscht hat uns:

* Das WLAN war im Hotel sehr schlecht und oft kaum nutzbar.
* Im gesamten Gebäude roch es sehr stark nach Putzmitteln und verschiedenen chemischen Gerüchen, was sehr unangenehm war.
* Als Hotelgäste fanden wir am Pool häufig keinen Platz, da dieser auch von externen Gästen genutzt wurde.
* Am Strand wurden Hotelgäste ganz hinten platziert, obwohl wir Gäste des Hotels waren.
* Einige Mitarbeitende waren leider unfreundlich und wirkten oft launisch.
* Die Klimaanlage war direkt über dem Bett angebracht. Dadurch war das Schlafen mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage unangenehm. Ohne Klimaanlage wurde das Zimmer jedoch zu warm.
* Besonders enttäuschend war die Parksituation. Am Sonntag standen den Hotelgästen keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung, da viele externe Besucher die Parkplätze belegten. Wir hätten erwartet, dass Hotelgäste bei Parkplätzen, Pool und Strand Vorrang haben.

Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass auf die Bedürfnisse der Hotelgäste zu wenig Rücksicht genommen wurde. Das fanden wir sehr schade.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato fortunatamente una sola notte. Le camere sono vecchie, trascurate, con pareti che avrebbero bisogno urgentemente di essere imbiancate. L'atmosfera generale ricorda una pensione anni ‘80 rimasta lì, immobile, a guardare il tempo passare.

Il risveglio? Memorabile. Alle 5 del mattino i giardinieri hanno iniziato ad armeggiare allegramente con il decespugliatore sotto la nostra finestra. Alle 7:30, mentre ero sotto la doccia, insaponato, l’acqua è stata interrotta senza alcun avviso. Ho dovuto finire il risciacquo con una bottiglia. Quando finalmente l’acqua è tornata, era salmastre e salata.

Il tutto per la modica cifra di 150€ a notte.

Nulla da dire sul personale, educato e cortese, ma l’esperienza nel complesso rasenta l’assurdo.
