Saunabereich recht neu mit einer Sauna, einer Infrarotkabine und einen Dampfbad klein, aber fein.

Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet und auch recht neu.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal.

Essen auf drei Sterne Niveau und bei vegetarischer Kost sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Im Sinne des preis-leistungs Verhältnis für ein 3 Sterne-haus alles in bester Ordnung

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht, wenn man Anliegen hatte. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Auch das Essen im Restaurant hat gut geschmeckt.
Vom Hotel aus konnte man gut spazieren gehen und man hatte es nicht weit nach Meran.

Cons:

Leider war es extrem hellhörig und die Kneipe im Hotel ist ein absoluter Schandfleck. Durch die betrunkenen Gäste wurde unser Aufenthalt leider sehr gestört. Immer wieder sind Betrunkene durchs Hotel geschwankt, waren laut und haben teilweise auch Schimpfwörter von sich gegeben.
Einer der Gäste hat sogar auf den Parkplatz vor dem Hotel gepinkelt. Das geht wirklich gar nicht und gibt wirklich einen großen Abzug und wertet das Hotel extrem ab. Wir sind darüber echt enttäuscht, weil wir uns eine Auszeit gönnen wollten und das ganze Oster-Wochenende Trubel in der Kneipe war. Besonders hat man auch die Stühle aus dem Speisesaal im Zimmer gehört. Das war ein störender Dauerlärmpegel und wir sind absolut nicht empfindlich.
Auch der Wellnessbereich war etwas enttäuschend. Es war auch dort sehr laut. Besonders der Gang zum Aussenaufenthalt war sehr dreckig und voll mit Spinnweben. Hier hat man sich nicht wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Unglaublich freundlich waren alle und auch zu unseren Hunden. Das Essen war ebenfalls Unglaublich gut. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert wenn man im Passeiertal ist !
Pros:

Wir haben nach unserer Schitour die Sauna besucht. Es war großartig. Besonders das Dampfbad war herrlich. Die Sitze heiß und sehr entspannend. Frühstück wunderbar und auch das Zimmer sehr sauber und herrlicher Blick am Balkon.

Es war alles bestens ! Große Empfehlung !
