Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns geholfen, als unser Wagen nicht mehr ansprang. Innerhalb einer Dreiviertelstunde hatten wir eine neue Batterie und konnten unseren Urlaub fortsetzen. Die Lage ist top, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Es handelt sich hier wohl um eine kirchliche Einrichtung. Daher ist das Ambiente etwas gewöhnungsbefürftig, Frühstück einfach, frühe Check out Zeit.

La posizione in pieno centro e la quiete del luogo: bisogna tenere conto che è una soluzione semplice all' interno di un ex seminario, ma con tutto l' occorrente e una buona colazione.

Purtroppo la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Il mio copriletto era vistosamente macchiato: è stato prontamente sostituito, ma l' incaricato non può non essersene accorto e a mio avviso copriletti e coperte non vengono cambiati/lavatii con regolarità. Inoltre i bagni sono vetusti: la ristrutturazione risale al giubileo di 25 anni fa e andrebbero rifatti (almeno rubinetteria e box doccia), oltre che puliti molto meglio. Del resto la pulizia è un limite facilmente risolvibile istruendo adeguatamente il personale e stanziando un minimo di budget in più

Pros:

La struttura è ubicata bene a pochi passi c’è il castello ed è sita nel centro storico , l’hostello ha mantenuto la storicità anche se all’interno è abbastanza moderno .la colazione anche se non molto fornita c’è la signora che è di una gentilezza unica ed ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze .le stanze ed il bagno sono davvero molto spaziose .

Cons:

Il giardino potrebbe essere molto più bello di come si presenta .Purtroppo gli asciugamani ed i copriletti erano macchiati anche se puliti , per il resto le note negative posso essere personali cioè successe mentre soggiornavo, quindi di casualità .Purtroppo ci si addormenta con difficoltà perché alle persone del loco piace fare tardi ed avendo finestre ampie si sente tutto , il tagliaerba ci ha svegliato alle 7,30 del mattino ed ha continuato per un ora 😅niente Wi-Fi e la linea prende poco.

Potenzialità enormi, inespresse.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, comodo per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Melfi. Camera spaziosa (quadrupla) dozzinale ma in linea con la proposta. Struttura potenzialmente molto bella con un po' di attenzione in più a partire dal giardino.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera era un po' superficiale, aria condizionata assente ( era specificato ma recensito come luogo fresco) in realtà il caldo in camera si sente eccome.
