Excellent location, authentic place
Pros:

Excellent location, with a carpark. Everything can be reached on foot. And in the evening you can easily go in the Grado city on the laguna and find a parking space. Rooms are well equiped, but not very large. Nice authentic real life Italian atmosphere at the bar.
Overall a nice place, not luxury but authentic

Cons:

Breakfast is average, with a lot of sweet carbohydrates and not much proteins besides hard boiled eggs. A clear area of improvement.
Many cars on the street, but the double glazed windows do a good job.

Centrally located, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a great restaurant for lunch or dinner!
Pros:

The hotel is comfortable and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The hotel restaurant is superb with excellent seafood dishes and a nice house wine.
