Albergo molto accogliente e familiare, hai un'accoglienza super da Emanuela. Merita se si vuole visitare i dintorni di Fiuggi, colazione buona se venite in queste zone venite in questo albergo, al ristorante si mangia benissimo a prezzi contenuti tutto ottimo. Straconsigliato

La padrona gentilissima,cordiale nel ricevere e trattare nei migliori dei modi i propri clienti.

Friendly staff , good meal , parking great , a big venue so weddings . Large family events are common

Staff was nice and helpful. Arranged a driver to take friend to the station and a driver to take us to the bus stop to Rome. Good location if you have a wedding at Castello Teofilatto.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday in this very picturesque place called “Ciociaria” . Not so far from Rome exactly in the southeast toward Frosinone.
We stopped in Fiuggi, famous for its spa and couldn’t find a better place: La Pipa Hotel - Ristorante. Thanks to the owner Emanuela, a very cheerful, lovely young lady, we spent 3 wonderful days.
This place is great! Atmosphere is so nice and the staff was also really friendly and the service was awesome too. It was my family's 1st Christmas in a hotel.
The long Christmas eve's dinner was simply delicious with the typical Italian courses of seafood, starters, pasta, fried fish and traditional biscuits and a great time with a funny Santa Claus playing "Tombola" (lottery).
Very good the traditional Christmas lunch and the day after a special BBQ course for Santo Stefano (Boxing day).
No doubt, a perfect quality-price ratio.

We'll definitely be back maybe for Easter 2022.

My husband and I were visiting family in Torre Cajetani, and we went to La Ripa for Il Pranzo. We were met by the owner, Manuela, with a smile and patience as we asked "in inglese" about the various dishes. My husband ordered the pasta with mushrooms and I had the pasta with prawns. Delicious. We shared a mixed meat platter and found it amazing. We wrapped up our meals with a chocolate cake and a lemon sorbet with fruit. What a wonderful experience and we 11will certainly return. We visited this restaurant with family who live in Fiuggi. When we arrived there was a children’s party taking place at the side of the restaurant and nursery rhymes placing through the speakers which were also in restaurant. Although we had booked our table wasn’t ready and they set the table as we sat down. They don’t have a menu and told us what there was to eat. Starters was good (pasta with mushrooms ) but the main was ridiculous! We ordered escalope (veal) in wine sauce. And that ls what we literally got - 2 slices of veal in sauce! No vegetables or potatoes or salad and none were offered. We found this place lacking and not just with food. The children’s party finished and then who I can only assume were family members with their children were in the restaurant with us and the host was busy chatting with them and eating. We felt like we had gate crashed a family party!
We have visited this restaurant previously and had a lovely meal. If they had a family thing going on that day I don’t think they should have been taking bookings. Very disappointing.

I stayed in this hotel for three days as leader of a school trip to Rome. The hotel staff especially Emmanuela were very accommodating as to times of meals and space for activities in the night before bed. Breakfast was a lttle poor as self service with little choice but as we left early each day it was sufficient . The minibus to the station helped and the staff even purchased tickets for us to assist our journey .
We certainly would recommend the hotel to any group.

The service I received whilst staying at La Ripa was above average. I can't comment about the daytime services/activities as we used the hotel for dining and sleeping for access to Rome. Dining; breakfast was a dissapointment due to lack of choice with only cold food to choose from on a 'help yourself basis', hot drinks and limited cold drinks were available but was out of drinking machines although I have to say the cappuccinos were one of the nicest I have had out of a machine. Dinner; food was very good! We had a set menu consisting of a starter, main course occasionally serving seconds or more! Dessert was limited to fresh fruit.

Accomodation was very good. Three beds to a room equipped with a small standard box TV although was not used throughout stay. Beds were made to a high standard with clean sheets each day. Bathroom was clean, equipped with free toiletries such as soaps, shampoos and shower caps. Clean towels were provided everyday. The only disadvantage about our room was that my two room mates was not able to fit their travel adaptors into the sockets around the room and had to result to use mine as it was the only one that appeared to work. On the same floor was a guest room with comfortable chairs and surrounding which was to our advantage as we were a large group.

Staff were outstanding, took the group in batches in their minibus to the local bus station which was a short distance to catch a direct bus into Rome and vice versa when returning to the local bus station from Rome.
