Il nostro soggiorno è stato rilassante e con ogni comodità.
Pros:

La struttura è ottima per ogni aspetto, accogliente, comoda , dotata di ampio parcheggio inoltre la gestione è cordiale e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta afferente al servizio hotel e ristorante.
Le camere sono pulitissime e la cucina del loro ristorante offre piatti di alto livello qualitativo.

Ottima STRUTTURA
Pros:

Albergo molto accogliente e familiare, hai un'accoglienza super da Emanuela. Merita se si vuole visitare i dintorni di Fiuggi, colazione buona se venite in queste zone venite in questo albergo, al ristorante si mangia benissimo a prezzi contenuti tutto ottimo. Straconsigliato

In poche parole è stato tutto perfetto, impeccabile: accoglienza,camera,pulizia,cibo, colazione.
Staff impeccabile, Gentilissimo e professionale.
La padrona gentilissima,cordiale nel ricevere e trattare nei migliori dei modi i propri clienti.

Pros:

Friendly staff , good meal , parking great , a big venue so weddings . Large family events are common

Cons:

Unfortunately due to us booking very late the room was very cold and it didn’t really warm up all night even though we had the aircon heat on . Il sure they would have had it warm if we had booked a couple of days before . So no points should be taken away

Pros:

Staff was nice and helpful. Arranged a driver to take friend to the station and a driver to take us to the bus stop to Rome. Good location if you have a wedding at Castello Teofilatto.

Cons:

You can't use the deadbolt when locking the door from the outside.

If you need to checkout before 6, there is nobody there and the door is locked. My friend had to have me check out for them and pay me back later because there was nobody there for checkout.

Shower took a very long time before it got hot.

Elevator was very old and doesn't support much weight
