Beautiful hotel with great thermal water facilities, reception staff not that welcoming.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great thermal water pool and spa facilities. We enjoyed a morning of pool and spa there and it was amazing! The room was quite spacious, everything was very clean.

Cons:

The staff at the reception were quite unwelcoming.

Pros:

È una struttura storica bellissima. Tutto è stato ristrutturato, ma conserva alla perfezione l’antico splendore. Anche la SPA è molto bella e funzionale.

Prachtige authenieke plek in een rustige omgeving.
Pros:

We hadden een prachtige kamer. De omgeving was heerlijk rustgevend en het ontbijtbuffet bood net wat extra"s tov andere hotels. Ook een prima restaurant in de avond met hele aardige bediening.

piano senza balcone con finestra dalla quale si vedeva uno strano telone verde a copertura del tetto - manutenzione molto approssimativa - lampade comodino non funzionanti - frigo bar con spina staccata all’arrivo - doccia con miscelatore scarsamente funzionante e sostanzialmente inutilizzabile - letti privi di copriletto all’arrivo e con un solo cuscino ciascuno

Pros:

Everything was just perfect. The rooms were big and clean. The mattresses made you feel like you slept on clouds. The continental breakfast was full of everything you may want and the light lunch on the terrace was amazing. The entire staff was just perfect always smiling and just fantastic to see how thei took their time to train up the girls from the hotel schools. It’s a gem. All of it.
