Pros:

ネットで予約したサファリツアー先とトラブルになった際にフロントの男性が電話をしてくれ解決してくれました。メッセージや電話などやり取りがスムーズにいかなかったのですが、最後まで一緒に対応してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。

部屋でWi-Fiが使えません。クレジット払い出来ると記載されてるけど現金払いのみです。
