Enjoyed my stay here, I stayed for the marathon and couldn’t really have asked for more. The staff were fantastic, the breakfast was a feast, and the location was great for the metro and train station. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller, and the room was clean and comfortable.
The location is excellent for train travellers to ernakulam. Reasonably good hotel. 👍

Das Zimmer war sauber.
Am Vortag sagte man uns, dass wir uns keine Sorgen machen müssten, morgen früh funktioniert die Kartenzahlung wieder. Früh sagten sie dann, dass es an unserer Karte liegt, obwohl ein Verbindungsfehler am Gerät angezeigt wurde. Ich musste 20 Minuten zum ATM durch die Stadt rennen, um Bargeld aufzutreiben, da wir einen Flug zu erreichen hatten. Statt das Gerät bzw. Die Internetverbindung in Ordnung zu bringen, schaute der Angestellte währenddessen Tiktoks.
Die Kissen waren leider so hoch, dass wir beide Nackenstarre hatten und Ibuprofen benötigten.
Zudem war es so laut aufgrund der einfachen Verglasung der Fenster, dass man wenig schlafen konnte.
Super kind and service-oriented staff, no plastic water bottles but glass bottles in room. Also some small plants growing in the room - real plants, not plastic. Breakfast was nice and healthy. Very surprised how nice view was, so close to the station.
I liked everything. Well ok a little noisy at night.

Comfortable room, very friendly staff, excellent position if you have to take a train!
We stayed at the hotel only for one night, but the experience was very good. The rooms (no dorms) were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Great shower. The location is also very good; our rooms were quiet despite the hotel being located in a busy area.
