便利かつ快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

目的地のイベント会場にも博多駅からも近いのでリピート利用です。禁煙ルーム希望でしたが予約サイトで喫煙室しか空いておらず、そちらを予約しました。事前に消臭対策とか何もお願いしなかったのですが、実際のお部屋はまったく臭いは気にならず快適でした。バスルームがトイレ、洗面とは独立しているのもゆったり入浴できて良かったです。フロント横に置いてあるティーバッグの種類が豊富。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯の温度がなかなか上がらなかったのが残念。

長所・短所の有るホテルだとわかっているべきだった。いずれにしても翌日の交通の便も考えて、ここを選んだでしょう。
Pros:

１，バスとは別に洗面台とトイレがあるので、使いやすかった。
２，地下鉄の駅から近く交通の便が良い。

Cons:

１，普通のホテルでは朝食が食堂などで提供されますが、このホテルはパンだけ入った袋を受け取り、飲み物はインスタントのコーヒーかティーバッグを選んで部屋に持って帰って食べる方式です。栄養が偏り味気ない。また、このようなパンだけ朝食であることに予約サイト上の表示では気づかなかった。朝食が食べられる外部の飲食店を書いた地図は用意されていたようです。
２，隣接する居住用ビルとは数十センチ離れているだけで、カーテンを開けると真ん前に隣接するビルの窓がある。隣戸の住人の生活感があったため、朝が来てもカーテンを閉めたままで室内灯をつけたままで過ごした。

とても綺麗で快適でした😊
ライブで行ったのですが、マリンメッセからも近く、居酒屋なども歩いて行ける場所にちょこちょこあって、便利でした！

Cons:

景色的には良くはなかったですが、そんなに部屋に居なかったので、問題なしです！
