Very little to be honest especially for the price.

Cons:

Honestly everything was too much trouble, staff were unhelpful and impolite, this hotel is massively overpriced and not worth the money. One star max.

Great location and great facilities.
Pros:

An excellent location. Easy to access the ski resorts through a combination of the HHG shuttle and resort bus that stops outside the hotel.

The breakfasts were always disappointing cold.

Amazing for a hassle free, premium family stay. Will return.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Lovely spacious family suite. Excellent and friendly staff. Free shuttles to take you to restaurants and ski gondolas.

Cons:

Occasionally shuttle and restaurant bookings messed up, but it was peak season so understandable.
