Another wonderful stay at the ALA Kyoto!
Pros:

This was my second stay at the ALA Hotel in Kyoto and it was as fantastic as I remembered! Fabulous location, easy to find, walking distance to the Kyoto Central and Kyoto tower. The hotel has all amenities we needed and beautiful staff!

Pros:

Very smart room, quiet, comfortable. Excellent service at the front desk, the best in my life, room pillow menu behind front desk, marvellous.
Waterfall in reception impressive, onsen clean and large

Cons:

Bathroom cold, separate toilet indiscreet, preventing daylight onto the room, air con unit stuck in room garden needed some attention

Beautiful hotel with onsen by the Kyoto station
Pros:

Very new hotel in a great location for all the major attraction and Kyoto station proximity. The onsen was really nice after a day of exploring

Cons:

I loved everything but perhaps rather a warning that some may think that the rooms are small.

Pros:

Awesome location, within minutes of walk to the Kyoto station. Building is very new and chic. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Soundproof is questionable (could hear people upstairs and in the hallway). Also would appreciate some more hooks in the room.
