En recepción nos ayudaron mucho y se preocuparon por hacernos entender todo siendo extranjeros, muy amables.

Cons:

Se colaba luz de la calle por la ventana del baño que no tenía cortinas y daba directamente a la cama, por lo que en la noche era más difícil dormir con ese foco de luz constante

Very clean, comfortable and with all amenities
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, breakfast excellent, spacious rooms, modern, very clean and great public bath. This was the best hotel I've stayed in so far in Japan.

Cons:

If i had to really nitpick, it was a bit further away from the main attractions but being right next to Kyoto station was a plus anyway. Buses and trains were very accessible .

Excellent option for a stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

Close to station but quiet. Pleasant staff. Good facilities including free washing machines. Good sized room for Japan. Onsen.

Cons:

Dining room only offered set course expensive menu although there were plant of restaurants in the vicinity. Night clothes were not particularly comfortable

Buen hotel para visitar Kyoto
Pros:

Está cerca de la estación central y es muy fácil para desplazarse. Todo es muy nuevo y la decoración tiene muy buen gusto. Los baños termales son muy completos y grandes. El servicio en recepción fue muy rápido y amable.

Cons:

La ventana que conecta con la ducha hace que entre luz desde buena mañana en la habitación. Una banqueta en el ofuro de la habitación estaría bien.
