Nice staff and service. Like the firepit.
Pros:

The staff and service was good. They also have their own car where they can drop you at main area of Nainital. The warm welcome drink was delicious. We stayed there in end of Nov 2023. The weather was chilled.

Pros:

The room was good

Cons:

The price paid was for a 5 star hotel but this was a lodge with a good room. I will not suggest any of my friends and family to stay here.

Pros:

Location was quite good, away from the hustle bustle of area around the lake. Live performances were exceptional, all the artists were real professionals

Cons:

Food is a big let down, they need to improve the kitchen and the menu selection. Anyone staying at earls court should prefer to eat at Shervani hilltop, just walking distance from earls court.
