I think useless hotel ever I seen. Useless Receptionist behaviour. Room Service is also dull... Web site room photos are different and in actual one is different. It looks like bhoot bhangla. very dirty room, bathroom basin is very dirty and leakage in basin hose pipe.. no hot water after 10am. Hot water available only in between 5am to 10 am. Waste of money for selecting this hotels... Only chapari guys can visit... What I expected from hotel and what I got from hotel...it's horrible experience.... Service point of view hotel is zero

Bedsheet were not very clean and had stains.

As per room charges I personally not liked the AC,washroom, door is not proper, view is not there....
I have booked 3 person including one child of 9 years. Hotel Manager said my booking is for 2 adults and at the time of check I'm they charged 560 more for my 9byrars old daughter
But atbthe time of booking I have given all information. Then why I have charged more.

Room was not cleaned before we check-in, when we informed same they said they will clean in 15 mins and it was not cleaned till we check-out. There was no hot water though we informed in reception nothing was done from them.
Room was well lit and airy.
The hand shower in toilet of room no. 209, where I stayed was not working properly. Also the shower of room no. 210 was not working
The reception guy was rude. He is showing so much attitude
Oyo customer care service is very very poor. They hold my phone thrice about 10 to 15 minutes for no reason. For checking my reservation they put me on hold thrice.
