Pros:

breakfast was good; dinner was expensive if it was not included; the booking could have specified that many restaurants nearby in summer will be closed; so it is advisable to book the rooms with dinner too. some of the younger staff are less knowledgeable, likely due to the language barrier. However the senior staff are excellent. we want to special mention a staff, Takayaki Yakumura and the most senior male staff. They were excellent in their service

The hotel could have provided some transport between hotel and station or nearby locations, instead of relying only on the allocated bus timing, as the timing were very limited and not all timing could reach the destinations

Pros:

とにかく立地がいい！どこに行くにも便利で、シャトルバスを利用して散策に出かけられる。食事も美味しく、レストラン、部屋、お風呂からの景色も最高。玄関前の綺麗に植えられたお花に出迎えられて、到着時からウキウキするホテルです。

Cons:

お部屋の設備が古臭く感じてしまう。特に水回り。それ以外は文句なしのホテル。

Pros:

Love the ambiance, how they arrange those flowers around the entrance, mountain view from my room’s window, the peaceful surroundings and even the helpful staff, will surely come back when i visit Hakuba. Ps: make sure you rent bicycle to explore the hakuba village, it’s totally worth the experience.

View from our room was nice. Good they have in-house onsen. Relaxing to soak after a day climb at Hakuba.

Cons:

Will be good they sell snacks like chocolate, candy, potato chips, cup noodle because there is no convenience shop nearby. Prefer restaurant serve ala carte dinner rather than buffer dinner.

服務人員超級讚，不管是櫃檯人員或是餐廳服務人員，都讓人感動不已，尤其是櫃檯人員優樹先生，我們更是推崇，滿臉笑容，英文很讚，載我們去纜車站，貼心指導我們如何搭車返回飯店，主動幫我們拍照，堪稱飯店觀光大使，都為我們的旅程帶來美好的回憶。

Pros:

夕食、朝食ともにおいしかったです。味が濃すぎず、素材の味を生かしたお料理で、飽きずに美味しくいただくことができました。また、スタッフの方のあたたかいおもてなしが印象的でした。
