Amazing hotel with breakfast, dinner, and onsen.
Pros:

We had an amazing time in Hakuba and Hotel Hakuba was one of the reasons why. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent and having its own onsen was fantastic.

Great value for money, amazing staff.
Pros:

Staff were amazing, incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to organise a courier for items we accidentally left behind. Food was good although one person in our party has a wheat allergy and options were very limited, but staff did their best to accommodate. Shuttle buses running constantly to the ski slopes, convenient storage outside the hotel rooms for gear. Walking distance to Lawson/restaurants.

Cons:

The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable after a long day on slopes.
