外国人のスタッフさんも丁寧でした。ベテランのスタッフさんは山の過ごし方や知らない美術館など教えてくださり，紅葉だけでなく充実して過ごせました。
Pros:

駅からも歩けて，便利でした。
お部屋もこぢんまりと整い、使いやすかった。露天風呂があるのを帰る朝風呂まで気づかなかったので、もっとアピールしたらよいかと思います。

ロケーションは駅から離れていましたが、駅でのピックアップ、送迎、ゴンドラ駅までの送迎など非常に親切だった。マネージャーの方の対応が易しく気持ちが良かった

部屋がスキーの滞在型で、流しや洗濯機があったが、普通のホテルにある机があるとよかった。部屋が少し縦長であった
