接客がとても良く、猛暑の続く中とても気持ち良く涼しい一時を過ごせて良かったです。

見えない所の掃除までキチンとするのがホテルとしての格かな？
Pros:

直前の予約だった為かお安く宿泊できた。

Cons:

ベッド下がホコリだらけ！
部屋に入ってしばらくしたら、くしゃみがでるほど！

愛犬とくつろぐ空間
Pros:

犬を中心とした配慮がたくさんあって良かったです。

Cons:

和室の敷布団が薄過ぎて寝心地が悪かった。
2階の部屋で、部屋は広くて良かったが、エレベーターでなく階段で行き来しなくてはならなくて、荷物や愛犬がいるので大変だった。
食事も朝は和食があるといいなと思いました。

ゆっくりしました
Pros:

ロビーのwelcome drinkが嬉しいです。1日に何度かいただきました。
前庭が広々としてロングリードで犬を走らせたら嬉しそうでした。

皆さんが犬連れなので、共通の話題があり、誰とでも軽い会話が楽しめました。

高低差のあるドッグラン（小型犬用）が使いやすかった。

8月なのに蚊がいない。夜、外でもいなかったのがとてもラッキー。そして、さるが北軽井沢。涼しいです。

Cons:

エレベーターがないので、犬連れ三泊の荷物を階段で運ぶのは大変でした。

これは仕方ないことですが、夜中に鹿？が鳴いていて何軒かのペットが反応して吠えていました。

設備はいいけど、スタッフの説明が足りず不満足でした
Pros:

犬を連れて安心して泊まれたところ。

Cons:

スタッフがフロントにいたけど、チェックインの手続きをしてくれただけで、アメニティがどこにあるかも説明してくれなかったし、夜のディナーで飲み放題をつければ犬のご飯も食べ放題なんて説明もなくガッカリしました。
