Pros:

ユニットバス付きのお部屋で、設備は古いものの必要十分です。
タバコの臭いもあまり無く、一人なら充分快適でした。

Cons:

椅子のシートがボロボロで、カスが服に付くレベルで客間に置くレベルじゃないかと。スペースも狭いので、安い丸椅子でも良いかと思います。
