Good hotel with unique hospitality experience, but better learn the specificity so you come prepared
Pros:

Overall I'm satisfied with this hotel, this is a love hotel and it has several points superior to normal hotels.

Good location, spacious room, stone spa and big bathtub in the room, lots of extra amenities in the room, paid fridge with alcohol, food service at affordable price (never used, saw the menu), big bed, different light settings, clean bedsheets, several sets of slippers, and bath robes, a big load of extra towels.

Cons:

Room cleanliness (except for bed) is not the best: we found a used cosmetics bottle under a chair, soft furniture had suspicious stains, hair here and there.

You can't see the receptionist face, there's a privacy sheet installed.

Short stay guests seemed anxious when we met them in hallway. I believe there are rules that we were not aware of, so I felt uneasy at times when I accidentally made them nervous. I think it is reasonable for the hotel administration to handle this somehow, maybe a short note in the room for foreigners with explanations, or a notice about foreigner guests for the short term guests in their rooms.

Did not know that it was a love hotel where you cam rent rooms by the hour. Listing needs to be more upfront about this on the listing

It was okay
Pros:

Close to walk to train station and bathroom set up was good too

Cons:

The room was so small and the bed was uncomfortable. The lights were also not bright enough. There's nothing all-inclusive at all as far as food or drinks

衛生面を気にせずであれば！良いホテル。
Pros:

この値段で部屋も広く、アメニティも豊富で、水も毎日補充されて、本当に有り難くの３日間でした。

Cons:

お掃除はちょっと。。。床は黒色でわかりにくいが！白のスーツケース開けた後、髪の毛がいっぱいついてるのみて、気持ち悪かった！しかも２日目の布団中にも長い茶髪一本があって（主人と私共短髪の黒髪）ちょっと呆れた！
ベッドの隙間も埃や蜘蛛の巣や前？前々？泊り方の髪留ゴンムバンド？もあって🤭
